FAQ
Translation and Interpreting Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What languages do you translate?
A: We aim to translate all languages and dialects and so far have managed to source the best translators for all requests.
Q: Who does your translations?
A: We use ONLY qualified and experienced native translators in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
Q: Do I need to have the translation proof-read?
A: We strongly recommend you do – although it is completely the client’s choice – as translation is done by a human being and therefore is liable to have minor mistakes. Proof reading it will ensure there are no mistakes at all.
Q: How long does a translation take?
A: It really depends on the length and technicality of the translation as well as the dialect, if required. We always endeavour to complete translations as soon as possible but are very conscious of delivering the best work available – and that sometimes takes a little more time.
Q: Can you handle large translations?
A: Yes, we employ many translators of each major language as well as at least one for each minor language, therefore we can handle many large and small jobs at the same time.
